Meet the Band: Long Lake
About this video:
When asking Long Lake to describe their sound, it’s hard to get much out of them beyond the fact they’re a rock n’ roll band. But frontman Brendan Simms will gladly describe to you the band’s aesthetic, affectionally refered to as “frugal-core.” These laid back rockers aren’t out to make it rich but their live show truly reflects their personality: four guys who want to have fun and play a good show with quality music. And maybe have a beer afterwards. Check out the band’s myspace at myspace.com/longlakesongs. Video by Aaron McGrath
